As you sow, so shall you reap. Fokke Augustinus, a forensic psychiatrist with a burnout, stands at a crossroads in his life. When he inherits his father’s farm, he moves to the country in Groningen with his wife and kids. But the farm turns out to be a cover-up for a criminal drug organisation that Fokke is subsequently forced to head. His knowledge of the criminal mind, combined with a crumbling moral sense, brings him more success than he can handle in this eight-part drama series.
