TV series in thirteen episodes, filled with music and musical-like scenes, revolves around members of a pop group. Lead singer Mariska, bass players Sven and Paul, drummer Lou and keyboard player Robert are five completely different personalities, but they have one thing in common: their passion for music. In their spare time, they traverse The Netherlands in an old van to become totally absorbed by their music in small clubs. `Forever young' seems to be the motto of these people in their twenties, but meanwhile the dilemmas of adulthood start looming ahead: plans to get married, a forthcoming fatherhood, relational problems. Should the band members hang on to their dream and run the risk of playing in small pubs for a few hundred euros until they are fifty, or should they choose for 'the real world' with a job, a house and a family?
