Young Aron has just served a prison sentence for murder. He tries to pick up his life in society again when the victim's widow comes knocking at his door. She gives lectures about random acts of violence and wants him to help her. The two seem to collaborate, depend on each other, but in fact are on opposite sides. The themes of guilt, punishment, regret, revenge and clemency keep each other in a firm stranglehold.
