Hillis is known as the once-young charming bank robber who developed into a clever, rich and elusive drug dealer. His success is remarkable enough due in part to the notorious IRT affair in the 1990s. Stanley H. is about the cat and mouse game between justice and the underworld, but above all about the striking and colorful protagonists on both fronts.
