Drama in the form of a documentary is a reconstruction of the violent confrontation between two groups of Dutch youths. Somewhere on a new estate, a local soccer team is playing against the black players of the Juliana Boys. A controversial penalty leads to an explosion of violence that spreads like a oil slick to the nearby shopping centre. Fear, fury, bravura and mutual incomprehension ensure a fatal outcome.
