In Bloed onder de nagels (Under the Skin) the godchild of Officer Brandsma tries to commit suicide. The policeman wants to take out his frustration on her underworld boyfriend. In Een tegen een (One on One), a girl flips and holds a lighter to her room drenched in petrol. Officer Lucy has to use all her ingenuity to prevent a catastrophe.
