Nine animations by different makers visualise, in various styles, parts of a poem by Ed Leeflang, which are read in voice-over. Computer-animated or hand-drawn; accompanied by choral singing or keyboard. In one film, text scraps appear above a harbour skyline; in another, two figures sail on nocturnal canals, only indicated by white dots and lines.
