An autumn leaf tumbles in the wind among grey apartment blocks. On the top floor of the tallest building, a tyrannical ruler (a grinning fatso who shuns the sunlight and wears black sunglasses) governs his depressing metropolis with a huge grab. The city expands ever further and at some point also envelops a little girl's lovely house, which so far had stood in the woods. Without saying a word, Liesje engages into combat with the urban tyrant.
