This animation film is a sequence of hallucinating scenes portraying the experiences of a tenant in a new house. What seems to start as a classical story soon degenerates into an alienating nightmare. In a series of frightening visions, the landlord penetrates in different guises the rooms of the tenant to intimidate him physically and mentally.
