Comic film about two policemen from Cologne who are none too clever and help the Düsseldorf police in observing a drugs house at night. Boredom soon takes over but a bar offers some distraction. One of the cops falls in love with the barmaid (Ellen ten Damme) and reveals information about his nocturnal mission. Wanda is not very discrete with it.
