Elin lives in a large apartment building. She is annoyed by the upstairs neighbours’ children, who make noises until well into the night and look seriously neglected. Then, watching the TV news, she sees a distressing report of a double murder and a suicide. In a short time, the film manages to build a creepy suspense.
