This philosopher, mathematician and political thinker aspired to a society where peace, freedom and justice are the underlying foundation and where every individual has a chance to reach happiness. A journey through time, from the eventful Golden Age to the present, shows how the events back then directly influenced Spinoza’s thinking, and how valuable the thoughts of this great scholar are to our present-day society.
