Atop a huge brick tower, a team of construction workers performs unremitting labour. Repeatedly, they put a new layer of bricks on top of another. When one of the bricklayers incidentally drops a brick over the edge, it unchains a miraculous series of events, starting with the fall of a worker and the arrival of a new one. A short philosophical-humorous 2D animation film about how, in our familiar reality, other laws can suddenly apply.
