The point of view of a man living in a Flemish city is what this short film is about. From a concealed position in his grubby room, he observes the hard life as it passes before him in front of his house. Street kids picking a quarrel with passers-by, a squabbling couple - every character is marked by indifference in this raw and cynical film.
