Accompanied by the song Things Behind the Sun, performed by Nick Drake, a young woman prepares some messages in a bottle. In rapidly edited fragments and stop-motion, she cuts texts from books, while the milk boils over and ladybirds fly off. When she has put all messages into the water, she can only wait for an answer. An answer she had not counted on.
