A loose and uninhibited portrait of racecar driver Ben Pon. Director Trino Flothuis and cameraman Jan de Bont follow the good-humoured, well-to-do Pon at home, during the hunt and while racing at Zandvoort circuit and the Nürburgring. We also see him at the funeral of a crashed fellow racing driver, where he is asked about his fascination with racing, its thrills and dangers.
