He is running a mobile cinema through the whole West Bank and she is a volunteer with the emergency service of the Red Crescent Society. Jaber is invited by a woman school teacher, Rabab, to make a screening in the old city of Jerusalem. Despite many difficulties he starts to investigate the possibilities for this screening. By doing this he gets involved in the problems of the old mother of Rabab who lives in Jerusalem and tries to keep her house free from Israeli settlers.
