Feature film about the impossible friendship between the Turkish Osman and the Christian Macedonian Mitré in Macedonia around 1900. Despite all their contradictions, the men become blood brothers. Treachery and revenge will disrupt their brotherhood, however. Two generations later, in the Belgian city of Antwerp, a descendant of Osman arrives to settle the blood feud.
