Italian feature film in which Dutch actress Thekla Reuten plays the leading part. She is the young music student Tony who has a stable relationship with university teacher Alberto. Then, she meets composer Vittorio, to whom she unmistakably feels attracted, despite the distance he keeps. Vexed by feelings of doubt, Tony slips into a grave depression.
