Before the gaudy site of circus Dunn & Duffy, a man with a white beard is chewing a fat cigar. Although he sells beautiful, colourful balloons, this petulant looking character does not radiate any child-love. When a girl wants to buy one of his balloons, a tough negotiation ensues about the price and colour of the purchase. Once bought, it turns out to be a very special balloon. This children's film, partly animated in 3D, is based on a cartoon.
