The tension between Victor the bear and Fritz the rabbit mounts noticeably and both parties soon have an extensive arsenal at the ready. A war between the animals is inevitable; they refuse to negotiate. Funny animation, realised as part of the Flemish project 12 minuten over vrede; twelve ultra-short animations to honour the centenary commemoration of World War I.
