Superstition or Supernatural Skill? Tanzania has been suffering from persisting droughts, causing local people to question what’s stopping the rain. Rainmakers – once renowned for their skills in bringing down rains – are no longer believed. But is there any link between these two realities? Were the rainmakers naïve? Were they con-men? Or could they really possess a supernatural gift?
