Instruction film for the staff of all the branches of the retail drinks chain Gall&Gall. A salesman receives tips in the form of voice-overs about how to relate to customers. Be friendly, pay attention to the customer, be clear, expert and direct, try to form a picture of the customer in front of you and provide a service out past the door. The salesman in the film gets three kinds of customer in his shop: an indecisive one, an expert one and someone in a hurry. With the aid of 'the voice' he learns to be a real host in any situation.
