Vivacious, experimental animation film about the process of sound. Sound changes into noise when all sorts of undesired signals gain the upper hand. But perhaps we have to take this for granted. Noise may have a surplus value we?re not aware of yet. In sharp contrast, we see the silhouette of a fluttering bird, while the sky fills with a swelling sound and turns into an indefinable tangle of forms.
