Iraq, 2009. Ten-year-old Hamoudi is obsessed with soccer. Like his friends, he is looking forward to the grand finale between FC Barcelona and Manchester United. The match will be watched at Hamoudi?s home, on one of the few television sets the village has. But at the height of the match, the device chucks it in. And all of Hamoudi?s friends leave him. In this drama, Hamoudi?s father decides to help him out of this fix, but this has consequences. The screening of this film is part of the Vlaams programme.
